Roberta “Robbie” Schneider, SMS, has made it her mission to connect people to health information that matters. In her work creating long-form content for hospitals, health systems and nonprofits, Robbie translates complex medical information and the questions that keep people up at night into actionable steps so others can make informed decisions about their health.
With a deep understanding of complex medical topics, Robbie has expertise in writing about mental health, bariatrics, cancer and women’s health. Building on her personal experiences as a family caregiver, she published three books to help other caregivers: Holiday Stress When You’re Caregiving, The Caregiver’s Journal and Living With A Colectomy: A Guide For Families.
Robbie’s latest book, Social Media, Sanity & You: A Guide To Mental Wellness For The Digital Marketer, focuses on steps social media professionals can take to minimize stressors and burnout while working in the digital space.
As a passionate advocate for mental health, Robbie is a sought-after speaker and writer, and she was recognized with the 2024 Swaay Health Award for “Healing the Hidden Wounds: Mental Health Challenges in Ukraine’s War Zones.“
